Gong meditation is a deep relaxation practice through sound vibrations. The gong's resonance slows the mental stream and helps the nervous system switch into recovery mode.
Aroma notes
A fragrance unfolds in layers, like orbits: top notes are the first impression, heart notes are the character, base notes are the depth and trail.

Aroma Practitioner · Gong Meditation · Sound Practices
I use scent and sound to work with stress and recovery: in corporate wellness formats for teams and in individual sessions. My background is in psychology, complemented by certifications in aromatherapy and gong meditation.
For six years I have been running corporate formats — from intimate team workshops to aroma bars and gong meditations for a hundred people. Alongside that, I maintain an individual practice: aroma diagnostics, gong sessions, and perfume-making masterclasses.
No mysticism, no healing promises, just clear results. I work with audiences accustomed to high standards who value honesty in describing what actually happens.

How We Work
- 01
Define the brief
We have a quick call or chat on Telegram about the context: post-crunch fatigue, a team wellness day, a corporate event, a team going through change.
- 02
Choose the format
We look at group size, depth of the task, timing, venue, and select the optimal scenario: workshop, gong session, or aroma bar.
- 03
Deliver professionally and without fuss
The format is built around people's state, not spectacle. Participants feel comfortable engaging even without prior experience.
- 04
Leave something concrete
After the session the team keeps practical anchors for self-support and stress reduction in day-to-day work.
Questions
Is this only for people who are into meditation?
No, no special preparation or interest in meditation is needed. Every format is designed so that participants understand what is happening and why — without esoteric language and without being asked to 'open up' or 'let go'. The team workshop for 8 people begins with a brief explanation of how scents work. The gong session for up to 30 people asks nothing of participants other than a comfortable position. The aroma bar for 120 guests works as an interactive station — people approach when they want to. In six years of running corporate formats, there has never been a case where a sceptical participant could not engage.
Is this more about atmosphere or real benefit for the team?
Both, but the focus is on a concrete outcome, not a nice photo opportunity. Each format addresses a practical task: the workshop helps the team notice fatigue signals and learn to switch off, the gong session reduces inner noise after an intense period, the aroma bar provides a reset point within a busy event programme. Participants leave with a concrete understanding of what personally helps them recover. The atmosphere is carefully considered too — space, light, and aromas create an environment comfortable even for first-timers. But the key point is: this is not decoration, it is a working tool for the team.
Can the format be delivered online?
Yes, online is possible as an additional option, but the core format is in-person in Moscow. The reason is simple: scent and sound are a bodily experience that only fully unfolds live. You need to feel the gong with your whole body, not hear it through a laptop speaker. Aromas cannot be transmitted through a screen. For online, fragrance consultations work well: I send a set of samples in advance, and on the call we explore your reactions and select a personalised recommendation. This format works for clients in other cities or those wanting to start exploring aromatherapy before an in-person meeting. Corporate formats are delivered on-site across Moscow and the near suburbs. Other regions by arrangement.
How do I know which format is right for me?
Message me on Telegram and briefly describe the situation: — team size, — event context, — what you want to achieve. Usually the right scenario emerges from one short conversation. For a team of up to 8 who value depth, the workshop suits best — two hours working with stress and recovery, from 3,000 roubles per person. For a group of up to 30 after an intense quarter — a gong session, about an hour, from 10,000 roubles. For a large event with 120+ people — an aroma bar with personal perfume creation, from 30,000 roubles. Individual sessions start from 5,500 roubles: aroma diagnostics, personal gong meditation, or a create-your-own-fragrance masterclass.
What kind of space is needed for a corporate format?
Workshop and masterclass — any space where the team sits at tables or in a circle without distractions. A meeting room or small hall works fine. Gong session requires floor space: participants lie on mats. You need a room without strong echo — empty meeting rooms with hard surfaces are not ideal. Rooms with carpets or soft furnishings work better. Aroma bar works as a station inside the event: a table by a wall or a dedicated corner is sufficient. Alexandra arrives with everything needed. Organisers just need to book the space and allow time in the programme.
Can multiple formats be combined in one day?
Yes, this is a common setup. Good combinations: Workshop in the morning + gong session in the evening: deep stress work first, then sound recovery. Aroma bar as a standalone station + gong session for the whole group: the aroma bar reaches a large audience, the gong brings everyone together. When planning two formats in one day, Alexandra suggests a timeline and transitions between blocks — so the programme works as a coherent whole rather than two separate events.
