Alexandra Kutsenko
Aroma Practitioner · Gong Meditation Facilitator · Educational Psychologist
I use scent and sound to work with stress and recovery: in corporate wellness formats for teams and in individual sessions. My background is in psychology, complemented by certifications in aromatherapy and gong meditation.
For six years I have been running corporate formats: from intimate workshops for teams of 3-5 to aroma bars and gong meditations for a hundred. Over 50 events for companies in IT, finance, consulting, and media. Alongside that, I maintain an individual practice: aroma diagnostics, personal gong sessions, and perfume-making masterclasses.
I came to this work through psychology. When I realised that words often cannot reach what is happening inside a person, I started looking for tools that work through the body. Scent and sound turned out to be those tools: they affect the nervous system directly, bypassing rational control.
A non-negotiable principle: no mysticism, no healing promises, just clear results. I work with audiences accustomed to high standards who value honesty in describing what actually happens. If a format requires participants to 'believe' in aromatherapy, it is a bad format.
Approach
My formats are built on three principles. First: scent and sound are tools, not decoration. They affect the nervous system directly, and this can be explained without esoteric language. When I talk about the connection between olfaction and the limbic system, or about the physics of sound vibrations, the audience engages through understanding, not faith. Second: every format must produce a concrete result that the participant notices themselves. Not a vague 'sense of relaxation', but specific observations: which aromas help them switch off, how their body responds to certain sound frequencies, what specifically works for them. Third: the format must work for any audience, including sceptics. In six years, there has not been a single case where a sceptical participant could not engage. Because the formats require nothing: no belief, no preparation, no correct posture.
