The aroma bar is the largest-scale format: up to one hundred and twenty people, up to five hours. It works as an interactive station within a corporate event, offsite, or team wellness day.
At the aroma bar stand — a selection of essential oils and components for creating a personal fragrance. Participants approach in their own time, when it suits them. Alexandra helps each person select components and compose their own blend.
The format requires no explanation and does not overload the event programme. Participants engage through curiosity and creativity — they come over themselves, try, create. It is a reset point that works without a presenter on stage.
Every participant leaves with a bottle of their own fragrance — a tangible result that serves as a reminder of the event. For large teams, this is especially valuable: a hundred people each receive a personal result in one session.

How the process works
The aroma bar operates as a station inside the event. Guests approach when they want — no forced participation, no queue from a list. First stage: each guest tests aromas from numbered bottles and writes their favourites on a card with their name. During a pause in the programme, Alexandra composes a personalised fragrance for each guest. Second stage: guests collect their named bottle from the designated spot.
Scale and logistics
Up to one hundred and twenty people. Alexandra arrives with everything needed: bottles, fragrances, materials, equipment. You only need to reserve space for the station and allow approximately one hour's pause in the programme — that is when the fragrances are composed for all guests. The format pairs well with a gong session or workshop in the same day.
